We are seeking a motivated professional with 2–3 years of multifamily construction experience to join our team.
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in multifamily ground-up construction (required)
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing, electrical, and structural plans
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full construction lifecycle of multifamily residential projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Lead on-site construction teams with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and productivity
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide timely project updates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
Key Requirements
- Experience:
2–3 years in multifamily ground-up construction (required) - Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings (plumbing, electrical, structural)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation (must have a car)
- Full-time W2 position
- Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM — 4:00 PM (Los Angeles time)
