* We are growing! This exciting growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager of Construction – Food & Beverage to join our dynamic team.*

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong background in
construction management,
specifically within the
food & beverage or restaurant
industry. The Project Manager will lead multiple construction projects from concept through delivery, ensuring projects are delivered
on time, within scope, on budget, and in full compliance with local regulations.
They will
oversee all phases of store build-outs, from pre-construction planning and site evaluation to permitting, execution, and final turnover.
The ideal candidate brings
4+ years Project Management - Expansion/Construction
experience in F&B, thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage complexity across multiple sites, and knows how to maintain full visibility and control using Asana.

* This role works out of our West LA/Brentwood, CA office 2-3 days/week and 2-3 days in the field depending on business needs  *

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish for new store openings in the U.S.
• Manage project lifecycle
  : site readiness, design, permitting, construction, and turnover
• Work with cross-functional teams including design, architecture, real estate, operations, and marketing
• Build and manage project timelines, budgets, dashboards and construction schedules
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
• Track project performance
  , budgets and change orders
• Project Tracking in Asana
  — ensuring real-time accuracy and visibility
• Identify risks and resolve any field issues that may delay the opening
• Ensure all projects meet health, safety, accessibility (ADA), and food service regulations
• Build and standardize processes across all new developments
• Lead weekly project updates and executive reporting

• 4+ years experience in Project Management for construction and permitting in food & beverage or retail
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across different regions
• Strong understanding of U.S. building codes

  permitting processes
• Strong experience working with architects, contractors, and city officials
• Experience conducting site visits and
  construction management
• Proficiency in Asana or similar tools (must be comfortable managing projects digitally)
• Retail expansion or store opening experience
• PMP certification is a PLUS
• Availability to travel
