The Senior Project Manager provides overall construction and business‑management direction for single and/or multiple projects to ensure quality control, profitability, and client satisfaction. The primary objective is to ensure client satisfaction by understanding and communicating the client’s vision and objectives, delivering projects on time, and meeting the established budget. Responsibilities include managing the project from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring contractual and specification compliance, advising on constructability issues, setting quality standards, managing team collaboration, and achieving or exceeding forecasted profit goals.

Candidates should have current experience managing projects with 12‑20 week construction schedules in a fast‑paced environment.

They should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically four or more active projects at once within the last year.

Recent experience in corporate interiors and tenant improvement—including coordination of millwork, furniture integration, lighting design, and architectural finishes—is required.

An up‑to‑date understanding of standard building codes, city permitting processes, and construction documentation requirements is essential.

Experience working with corporate tenants, ownership groups, designers, and brokers with a strong emphasis on communication and client relationship management is required.

  • Provide job closeout notification and checklist at least two weeks prior to project completion. Follow up to ensure closeout is completed accurately within four weeks after completion.
  • Represent BCCI at all times in a professional manner consistent with company values, maintaining current project knowledge, being prepared for meetings, proactively communicating, and meeting deadlines.
