Construction Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Construction Manager to oversee the construction of our project in Los Angeles. This position is specifically for Indian workers who do not require English proficiency.

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the construction project ensuring it is completed on time within budget and according to safety regulations
• Oversee the work of Indian workers ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks effectively
• Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Indian construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques and materials
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team of Indian workers who do not require English proficiency
• Experience working on large-scale projects with tight deadlines and budgets

This is a contract position offering a salary of 1700$ per week. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

The project is located in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate for the duration of the contract.
