- Perform complex estimating assignments and lead a team of estimators
- Prepare pre-design cost estimates based on scope and project type
- Prepare construction cost estimates from drawings, outlines, and specifications across various project types
- Review contractor and consultant cost proposals
- Negotiate change orders
- Work onsite at client sites with clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships
- 10 years or more of estimating experience related to both engineering and construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Certified estimating professional credential required
Demonstrates extensive expertise in preparing and reviewing construction cost estimates, leading estimating teams, and cultivating client relationships. Holds a strong background in engineering and construction project estimating, supported by relevant credentials.
