- Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Experience in Construction Supervision - 3+ years in site supervision, field operations, or construction management.
- Strong Leadership Abilities
- Ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and maintain an organized job site. - Safety-First Mindset
- Thorough knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk management procedures. - Hands-On Problem Solver
- Skilled in handling unexpected site challenges and maintaining efficiency under pressure. - Effective Communication
