Assistant Project Manager Job Los Angeles area,California USA,Construction

Are you a highly motivated person that wants to make a difference in a growing company? STS is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist the General Manager of our location in Los Angeles.

Our company specializes in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Projects range from new construction, tenant improvement projects, various types of remodel projects, emergency services, small repairs and restoration for a multitude of properties in the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the General Manager with managing projects in process.
Assisting the General Manager with updating allowance and budget spreadsheets.
Meeting subcontractors for site walks and scope reviews
Assisting the General Manager with various administrative tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:

5+ years of experience in working in construction or previous project management experience
Basic computer skills (Email, spreadsheets, etc)
Familiarity with construction management software and Office 365 is a plus
Valid driver's license

Job Site Locations:The Greater Los Angeles area

Schedule:Monday-Friday

Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
