- Bachelor”s degree in Construction/Engineering or Architecture
- Business experience preferred
- Knowledge of construction beneficial
- Strong negotiation verbal skills and relationship-building skills
- Very motivated & able to work with minimum supervision
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experienced & resourceful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel & Project Management preferred.
