Preconstruction Manager

The Preconstruction Manager will play a critical role in the early stages of project development, ensuring that all aspects of the project are thoroughly planned and executed to meet client expectations.

• Lead the preconstruction process from project inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to develop project scopes and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Prepare and present project proposals and schedules.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships during the preconstruction phase.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction or project management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

• Experience with sustainable building practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
