Superintendent​/Senior Superintendent

Salary
: $160,000–$200,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits

An established general contractor is hiring a Superintendent to lead corporate tenant improvement construction projects. This role will focus on corporate TI work. Other project experience in general commercial or healthcare is a plus. This GC is hiring for both Superintendents and Senior Superintendents.

• Salary of $160,000–$200,000
• Company vehicle

• Stable pipeline of corporate TI and health care work with an established GC

• Manage daily field operations for corporate TI projects, including subcontractors and jobsite staff
• Assess project scope and site logistics while maintaining strict safety standards
• Track construction progress to keep work on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate closely with owners, tenants, and project teams to minimize disruption and keep work on schedule
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project

• Prior experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on corporate tenant improvement projects
• Health care construction experience welcomed
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent or phased projects
