Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the
    primary point of contact
    for clients and internal personnel throughout all phases of the project.
  • Conduct thorough
    jobsite inspections
    to ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
  • Perform accurate
    measurements, material take-offs, and quantity estimates
    using architectural plans, designer specifications, and client selections.
  • Read, interpret, and utilize
    architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and project documents
    to guide project execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit
    project invoices and expense documentation
    in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organize and lead
    pre-construction meetings
    to establish project expectations, scope, schedules, materials, and responsibilities.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, materials, and overall progress.
  • Take
    progress photos and maintain detailed project documentation
    for clients, management, and project records.
  • Provide clients with regular updates regarding
    project status, milestones, schedules, and any issues or changes
    .
  • Identify potential problems early and work proactively to resolve them.
  • Assist with
    business development and client outreach
    to identify new project opportunities and build long-term relationships.
  • Help ensure projects are completed with a high level of
    craftsmanship, professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail
    .
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a
    Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Coordinator, or similar role
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    construction, remodeling, renovations, and/or flooring
    .
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret
    architectural plans and construction documents
    .
  • Experience with
    jobsite measurements and material take-offs
    .
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners, clients, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage
    multiple projects simultaneously
    .
  • Ability to identify issues in the field and find practical solutions.
  • Proficiency with computers, email, project management software, and documentation tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred
  • Flooring or remodeling experience.
  • Experience working with
    hardwood, LVP, laminate, tile, carpet, or other flooring systems
    .
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades.
  • Experience with estimating, take-offs, scheduling, and change orders.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
