Traveling Project Manager

• Ability to craft a complete Construction Proposal, from construction documents, for presentation to project ownership.
• Experience drafting Requests for Information, Submittal Packages, Meeting Agendas, etc. and maintaining logs for same.
• Procure, compile and qualify bids from subcontractors and prepare Bid-Tabs for owner approval.
• Familiarity with construction software.
