  Boardreports, conformfinalcontractdocuments, and preparerequiredreportsandcorrespondence.
• You’ll attendvariousmeetings,includingpre‐bidproposalandpost‐bidproposaldebriefings.

  Contractstandardizationprocess and monitorallaspectsofcontractcompliance.
• You’ll assistinresolvingproblemsanddisagreementsbetweencontractorsandLAWA and reviewcontractorinvoicesforcontractualcompliance.
• You’ll conductcloseoutactionsuponcontractcompletionsuchasfinalaudit,payment,etc.underthe directionofLAWApersonnel.
• You’ll coordinatechangesacrosstheprojectenvironment,prepare and track Change Documents and routethemforsignatureand createanddistributechangereportsandanalysis, all while ensuringcorrectproceduresarefollowed andchangesareaccuratelyrecorded,scheduledandcontrolled.
• You’ll leadthedevelopmentandmaintenanceofanyperiodic(daily,weekly,monthly) status reports tokeepmanagementand/orownerinformedofchangeprogress while also ensuringthatchangesproperlyencumbercontractualcapacityandbudget.
• You’ll coordinatewithADPschedulingtoascertaintimeimpactsofchangesunderconsiderationandpropertydocuments while also assistingwithimplementationoftrendandchangesupportprograms.
• You’ll contributetotheadvancementofADP’sgoalsthroughcommitmenttoproductivecollaboration withallstakeholders.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

• ABachelor’sdegreein engineering or business related field, as well as training in procurement, contract, construction and commercial law
• Minimumof5yearsofrelevantexperience in administration of commercial/government contracts
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite , Adobe Acrobat, large‐scaleconstructionmanagementtypesoftwaresuchasPM Web,Primaveraetc.

• Experience with project management software preferred
• KnowledgeanddirectexperienceinSBE/DBE/MWBEprogramcoordinationpreferred
