About KomodoWe are a global social-first creative agency specialising in influencer marketing, experiential activations, and content production. We create immersive brand experiences that capture attention, spark conversation, and drive measurable impact.
From large-scale brand worlds and cultural moments to influencer-led activations and global campaign rollouts, we connect brands to audiences through world-class creative, award-winning campaigns, and the biggest creators in the world.
With offices across the US, UK and Australia, and a global client roster including L’Oréal, Amazon, Adidas, Puma, Red Bull, Patrón and MAC Cosmetics
, we don’t follow trends — we build them.
We’re looking for a highly organised, creatively driven and commercially minded Event Producer to lead the delivery of standout experiential activations from concept through to execution.
This role is ideal for someone with strong agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently own projects end-to-end — managing creative development, production, logistics, budgets, and on-site execution.
You’ll be responsible for delivering best-in-class brand experiences that are operationally flawless, financially sound, and culturally relevant.

- Ensure all activations are designed with measurable impact and social amplification in mind
- Lead end-to-end production across multiple activations simultaneously
- Build and manage detailed budgets (forecasting, tracking, reconciliation)
- Maintain clear timelines, critical paths and risk mitigation plans
- Ensure programs deliver against financial targets and margin expectations
- Source and negotiate with venues, suppliers, fabrication partners and technical production teams
- Oversee contracts, SOWs and production schedules
- Ensure quality control across all production outputs
- Support new business proposals with experiential thinking, costing and feasibility planning
- Contribute to pitch decks and creative ideation sessions
- Help shape scalable activation models for repeat client programs
- Lead live event execution, managing crew, suppliers and client stakeholders
- Troubleshoot calmly and decisively under pressure
- Represent Komodo professionally on site
- Refine internal systems including run-of-show templates, budgeting frameworks and reporting tools
- Support post-event analysis and reporting to measure ROI and KPIs
- Identify efficiencies that improve scalability and profitability
- Collaborate with Social and Influencer teams to maximise amplification
- Ensure activations are built for content capture and live engagement
- Align experiential output with digital and creator strategy
- 4+ years’ experience in experiential marketing, live event production or brand activations (agency preferred)
- Proven track record managing six-figure to seven-figure budgets
- Strong commercial acumen with clear understanding of margin and cost control
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience
- Willingness to travel and lead activations on site
We build cultural moments, not just events.
At Komodo, you’ll work on globally recognised brands, collaborate with world-class creative talent, and play a key role in delivering ambitious experiential programs across markets.
If you’re ready to produce work that sets industry benchmarks, not just meets them — we’d love to hear from you.
