We need a Sr. Creative Strategist who is tired of "brand awareness" and ready to drive "brand performance."
WhyThis Role Matters
You are the engine room of our agency. As a Sr. Creative Strategist, you aren’t just spotting trends; you are weaponizing them. You sit right at the intersection of Art and Algorithm. You will look at a spreadsheet of ad performance in the morning, and by the afternoon, you will have scripted 10 new video variations to beat the control. You are the high-velocity problem solver who turns "we need better results" into "here is the winning hook."
WhatYou’ll Do
- The Concept Machine
- Generate a high volume of data-backed creative concepts weekly. You don't pitch one "big idea"; you pitch 20 "testable angles."
- Write scroll-stopping scripts and visual briefs for our production team. You know exactly how to structure a Direct Response video (Hook -> Problem -> Agitation -> Solution -> CTA).
- Lead "Creative Sprints" where we iterate on a winning concept until we exhaust its scale.
- Data Forensics
- Deep dive into Meta/Tik Tok Ads Manager to diagnose creative health. You analyze Hold Rates, Hook Rates, and Outbound CTRs to understand exactly where a video is failing.
- Translate data into "Editor Language." Instead of saying "engagement is low," you say "cut the intro by 2 seconds and speed up the voiceover."
- Maintain the "Win Log." You document every winning variable (e.g., "Green text overlays are beating white text overlays by 15%") to build a playbook for the team.
- Trend Speed & Adaptation
- Monitor the digital landscape for emerging audio, visual, and behavioral trends.
- Adapt these trends instantly for our clients. You don’t wait for a trend to peak; you ride the wave while it’s rising.
- Mentor Junior Strategists on how to move from "copying trends" to "adapting trends for conversion."
- Creative Success Rate: The % of your concepts that become Winners (beat the account average).
- Output Velocity: The number of high-quality briefs/scripts generated per week.
- Turnaround Time: Speed from Data Insight to New Creative Brief.
- Client Performance: Direct impact on lowering CPA and increasing ROAS for your assigned accounts.
- 1. A Battle-Tested Strategist
- 5–7 years of experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing.
- You have seen it all in the ad account. You know what to do when performance tanks on a Friday afternoon.
- 2. A Copywriting Chameleon
- You can write in different voices. You can write a punchy, aggressive script for a men s grooming brand, and a soft, educational script for a skincare brand—in the same hour.
- You understand that copy is what sells, and visuals are what stop the scroll.
- 3. Relentless & Curious
- You don’t have an ego about your ideas. If the data says your favorite video is a loser, you kill it and move on.
- You are obsessed with "Why?" Why did that video work? Why did that hook fail? You don’t stop until you have an answer.
