Our brand lives on social , visually, emotionally, and culturally , and we’re looking for someone who can bring our jewelry story to life through content, creators, and creative moments.

in‑house, hands‑on role
for a creative thinker and doer. You are not just managing calendars , you are shaping how Ettika looks, feels, and shows up across social platforms.
We’re seeking a
Social & Creative Marketing Manager
to own Ettika’s social‑first storytelling. You’ll lead creative concepts, direct photoshoots, guide UGC and influencer moments, and translate brand vision into content that feels modern, aspirational, and wearable.
- Own Ettika’s
social‑first creative vision
across Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms - Concept, plan, and help direct
photoshoots and content days
(product, lifestyle, UGC‑style) - Bring jewelry and accessories to life through
storytelling, styling, and visual moments - Guide and curate
UGC and influencer content
, ensuring brand alignment while keeping it authentic - Develop content themes, hooks, and narratives — not just posts
- Collaborate with internal creators and external partners to execute ideas quickly
- Oversee social content planning and ensure consistency across platforms
- Analyze performance at a high level and iterate creatively (what worked, why, what’s next)
- Stay deeply tapped into
fashion, beauty, and social trends
- You have
strong creative instincts and opinions
— and can explain why something works - You’ve worked with
fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brands - You’ve concepted or directed photoshoots (even small or scrappy ones)
- You think in
visual moments, stories, and hooks
, not just campaigns - You are
social‑native
and fluent in Tik Tok + Instagram culture - You’re comfortable testing ideas quickly — not everything has to be perfect
- You’re collaborative, proactive, and energized by building a brand
- 3–5 years experience in social, brand, or creative marketing (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Strong understanding of content creation, UGC, and influencer culture
- Ability to guide creative direction (mood boards, references, styling direction)
- Familiarity with social performance metrics and content optimization
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, in‑office environment
- You’ll shape the
visual and emotional identity
of Ettika - You’ll work hands‑on with product, not just behind a screen
- You’ll have real creative ownership and room to experiment
- You’ll help define the future of a growing accessories brand
