Our collections are sold through major retailers including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Revolve, and Shopbop, and are worn by celebrities, stylists, and creators around the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator based in Los Angeles, CA.

This position is execution-focused and ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, trends, and content creation. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of Ettika’s social platforms, creating engaging content, and helping bring our brand voice to life across Tik Tok, Instagram, and emerging channels.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce content, stay on top of trends, and help drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and publish daily content across social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Planning and maintaining the content calendar
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement
  • Support influencer and creator content coordination
  • Identify and flag trending sounds, formats, and ideas
  • Help capture behind-the-scenes content at shoots, events, and in-office moments
  • Track performance metrics and assist with weekly reporting
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, product launches, and marketing campaigns
  • Provide occasional weekend or off-hour support to stay responsive to trends and engagement when needed
Qualifications
  • Strong experience creating content for Instagram and Tik Tok
  • Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Adobe, Canva, or similar tools)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform behavior
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Passion for fashion, accessories, and digital culture
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
