The Post-Production Trainee will support Rams Studios by assisting with ingesting, organizing, tagging, and managing digital media assets across a wide range of Rams content. This includes home and away games, practices, studio shows, player shoots, community events, press conferences, and other internal productions. This role requires precision in naming conventions, folder structures, and metadata application, and will also assist with video editing as needed to support the broader content team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn post-production workflows, and motivated to gain hands‑on experience in a high‑volume sports media environment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist the video team during all home and away games.
  • Create transcodes/string outs for game footage and interviews.
  • Download weekly PR-provided news clips and transfer them to the server.
  • Create clean and work‑reel exports for all final cut versions.
  • Log Rams game footage using established formatting standards and strong attention to detail.
  • Conduct audits to ensure metadata accuracy, eliminate duplicity, and maintain great media hygiene.
  • Support post‑production archival workflow in retrieval of assets from drives and LTO tapes.
  • Video editing as needed.
Role Qualifications (Skills / Experience / Capabilities)
  • Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as required.
  • Ready to learn asset tagging workflows within our MAM system:
    Iconik.
  • Experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive football-related content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling instincts and solid written/verbal communication.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Dependable, versatile, and collaborative with strong teamwork skills.
  • Reliable transportation to/from games, shoots, and events at any time of day.
Pay Rate

$18/hr.
