We are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find an Account Coordinator to join our Social Video Services team - Is this your next opportunity?

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for optimizing video content for You Tube and social platforms across a range of verticals. The day-to-day role will include video optimization, simple analytical report generation, graphic design, copywriting, You Tube channel maintenance, content logging, channel uploads and other general support to the Social Video Services team.

• Helping to build and maintain You Tube channels:
  Optimizing video assets with Photoshop designer thumbnails and well written titles/descriptions, utilizing all You Tube products, creative ideation and uploading to a schedule agreed with the SVS team

• Growing a You Tube and/or social video audience, and understanding the types of content that keeps them engaged

• Managing community features on You Tube, including creation of images, GIFs and social posts

• Writing copy for posts on You Tube, understanding the importance of editorial voice and tone

• Using You Tube analytics to help inform strategic channel decisions

• Managing a materials library, following existing edit processes and naming conventions

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Excellent knowledge of You Tube and social media platforms and an interest in the differences between them

• A basic understanding of You Tube and social media analytics

• Good working knowledge of Photoshop to create You Tube thumbnails

• Excellent knowledge of different video formats, video compression, sound/video synchronization

• Some knowledge of the You Tube and Facebook content management system and other video platforms (bonus)

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof-check your own work

• Team player with a hard-working flexible attitude, a good sense of humour and an interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment

• Proficiency in other languages (bonus)
