We’re looking for a full-time TV/Streaming Coordinator to join our team. You will be a part of a team that oversees Television and Streaming campaigns for entertainment clients.

As an integral member of the TV/Streaming team, you will work in collaboration with and support the Producers and SVP with AV creative executions that span across a variety of clients that include FX, HBO, Netflix, Apple TV, AMC, FOX, and many more.

Work closely with Producers and Associate Producers across multiple projects, effectively communicating with production, graphics, finishing and creative teams.

• Support on production and workflow requests for active projects
• Organize and manage assets and watch and transcribe materials as needed (scripts, screeners, etc.)
• Research materials and actively participate in project kickoff meetings and brainstorm sessions with the Streaming Team

• Strong interest in Television media and entertainment
• Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and sense of urgency
• Collaborative team player with great communication skills and ability to stay focused under pressure
• Knowledgeable about workflow applications (Slack, Trello, Air Table, Frame, etc.)

• This is an entry-level position that does not require previous experience in the role.
• This position reports to the SVP TV and Streaming, and is based out of the Los Angeles office.
• You must be able to make a daily commute 3 x per week to the office.
• Regular business hours are Mon-Fri 10am to 7pm.
• The position is non-exempt (hourly) and pay range is $28-$30 per hour. This is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Actual offers may vary based on work experience.
