Job Description

We’re looking for a full‑time TV/Streaming Coordinator to join our team. As a member of the TV/Streaming team, you will support the Producers and SVP with AV creative executions that span across a variety of clients including FX, HBO, Netflix, Apple TV, AMC, FOX, and many more.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Work closely with Producers and Associate Producers across multiple projects, effectively communicating with production, graphics, finishing, and creative teams.
  • Support production and workflow requests for active projects.
  • Organize and manage assets; watch and transcribe materials as needed (scripts, screeners, etc.).
  • Research materials and actively participate in project kickoff meetings and brainstorm sessions with the Streaming Team.
Qualifications
  • Strong interest in television media and entertainment.
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and sense of urgency.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and ability to stay focused under pressure.
  • Knowledgeable about workflow applications (Slack, Trello, Air Table, Frame, etc.).
Additional Information
  • This is an entry‑level position that does not require previous experience in the role.
  • This position reports to the SVP TV and Streaming and is based out of the Los Angeles office.
  • You must be able to make a daily commute 3 × per week to the office.
  • Regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 10am to 7pm.
  • The position is non‑exempt (hourly) and the pay range is $28–$30 per hour. This is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Actual offers may vary based on work experience.
