We're hiring a You Tube Video Editor to create high-performing compilation videos for Zhong, one of the top 50 You Tube creators in the world. This role is for an editor who understands editing is not just about visuals, but about retention, pacing, and audience behavior.

• Edit high-retention long form compilation videos using Zhong's content library
• Structure edits to maximize watch time and minimize drop-off.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Apply creative and technical skills to enhance video content, including, motion graphics color grading, sound editing, visual effects, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with thumbnail team to align video pacing with title and thumbnail ideation.
• Organize and manage video assets effectively for easy access and retrieval.
• Maintain fast turnaround times while meeting production standards.

• Proven experience as a You Tube Video Editor for You Tubers with a strong portfolio Proficiency in creating and applying graphics to enhance the video (review Zhong’s channel, or other suggested channels for examples).
• Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and provide creative solutions.
• Excellent turnaround time without compromising on quality and great organizational skills.
• Ability to take feedback and make necessary revisions promptly.
• Based in Los Angeles and willing to work on-site 2-3 days a week.
