AI-Augmented Packaging and Graphic Designer

Our portfolio spans multiple beauty categories, and we collaborate with leading manufacturers and partners around the world.

We are looking for a visionary Packaging and Graphic Designer to join our creative efforts by

merging world-class structural and graphic design with the latest in Generative AI. In this role, you won't just design boxes; you will build an AI-driven design workflow
. You will leverage AI to rapidly prototype concepts, generate hyper-realistic textures, and automate tedious production tasks, allowing more time for high-level brand strategy and innovation.

• End-to-End Design: Create innovative packaging solutions from initial 2D/3D sketches to final print-ready files (mechanicals).
• AI Workflow Integration: Utilize Generative AI (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E
  3) to create mood boards, unique patterns, and visual assets that would be impossible or too time-consuming via traditional methods.
• Rapid Prototyping: Use AI-powered 3D tools and Photoshop's "Generative Fill" to visualize packaging in real-world environments and shelf-sets within minutes.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that AI-generated assets maintain strict brand guidelines, color accuracy (Pantone), and typography standards.
• Sustainable Innovation: Research and implement AI-optimized structural designs that reduce material waste while maintaining durability.

• Prompt Engineering: Advanced ability to direct AI models to produce specific, brand-aligned visual
• AI Post-Processing: Expertise in taking raw AI outputs and refining them into high-resolution, vector-compatible, or print-ready assets.
• Workflow Automation: Experience using AI tools for repetitive tasks like resizing, localized language versioning, or color-way variations.
• Model Training (Bonus): Familiarity with training "LoRA" models or using Control Net to maintain

• Traditional Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Esko, or Artios
