Responsibilities
- Adapt and resize static assets for Tubi ad formats
- Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to produce engaging assets that align with client brands and strengthen brand presence on the Tubi platform
- Own early concept development by reviewing client assets, researching how brands show up in static and motion, and contributing ideas from the outset
- Demonstrate a strong brand design POV with an eye for informational hierarchy, composition/layout, color, imagery selection, and typography
- Properly organize and maintain project files and assets, including logical file naming best practices and contribute to maintaining a well‑organized asset library per department standards
- Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and ad guidelines; perform quality checks on final assets to confirm brand and placement compliance
- Manage concurrent projects with quick turnaround times
- BFA in Design or equivalent or applicable work experience
- 3+ years of experience with digital design and asset production at high volumes with an ad agency preferred, studio, or in‑house network in the Entertainment space accepted
- Familiarity with UI design
- Expert knowledge of Figma
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing pixel‑perfect digital assets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
