Digital Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, visually driven, and strategically minded Digital Portfolio Manager to support artist website management, pitch material creation, and selective social collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations and creative storytelling—balancing precision, speed, and aesthetic judgment while working cross-functionally with artists, agents, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Website & Portfolio Management
  • Own asset tracking, follow-up, and portfolio uploads across artist websites.
  • Proactively track release timelines and secure required assets from appropriate parties before they are requested.
  • Manage ongoing asset collection with persistence and professionalism.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates across multiple artist sites simultaneously.
  • Curate and arrange portfolio content with strong visual merchandising and UX sensibility.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation quality that is both compelling and commercially effective.
  • Incorporate feedback from artists and agents while maintaining momentum and avoiding delays.
  • Confidently participate in client-facing conversations and respond to evolving priorities with clarity and professionalism.
Deck & Pitch Material Creation
  • Translate input from agents and artists into clear, cohesive, and persuasive presentation materials.
  • Interpret strategic direction—even when vague or conflicting—and read between the lines to deliver aligned, polished outputs.
  • Structure narratives that effectively position artists and tell a compelling story.
  • Design high-quality decks and visual materials that reflect strong brand and artist positioning.
  • Ensure all materials are visually consistent, strategically sound, and client-ready.
Social Media Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the current social coordinator to ensure alignment across portfolio and digital presence.
  • Provide executional support and coverage when needed.
  • Contribute strategic input when relevant, while recognizing that social is not the primary focus of this role.
Key

Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional organization and deadline management
  • Proactive asset management and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple artist portfolios simultaneously
  • Strong UX and visual merchandising sensibility
  • Advanced graphic and presentation design skills
  • Expertise in tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Figma
  • Strong visual storytelling and narrative structuring ability
  • Strategic thinker capable of synthesizing vague or conflicting input
  • Deep awareness of brand and artist positioning
  • Confident, professional interpersonal presence
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with agents, artists, and internal teams
Ideal Candidate Profile

You are equal parts operator and creative thinker. You anticipate needs before they arise, thrive on keeping complex workflows moving, and take pride in delivering polished, high-impact work. You are comfortable navigating multiple perspectives and translating them into one clear, compelling output—without sacrificing speed or quality.
