- Maintain and update schedules; ensure project management systems are current and proactively communicate milestone shifts to key stakeholders and department leads.
- Support producers with scope change tracking; facilitate cross‑department communication regarding schedule impacts on time tracking and resource allocation.
- Take detailed notes on internal and external calls; track and follow up on action items and next steps.
- Support post‑production during delivery phases, including delivery‑day hit lists and creation/maintenance of shot and legal trackers.
- Manage delivery and round preparation, including Frame.io link creation, server organization, delivery matrix updates, and active participation in QC with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate preparation materials for external vendors (Audio Mix, Color Correction, VFX/CG, Flame, VO, composers, etc.).
- Transcribe scripts and recorded materials as needed.
- Organize and manage footage on servers according to established workflows.
- Contribute to editorial posting notes, including fact‑checking and notes‑on‑notes for each round.
- Support game capture teams with scheduling, communication, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Available to work onsite during key finishing and delivery windows to support close collaboration with the post team. Ideally the candidate can be available to work in office 2-3 days per week (on average).
- Clear, concise communicator with strong responsiveness and follow‑through.

- Skilled at managing upward, and keeping internal teams aligned through timely, organized communication.
- Actively engaged in meetings, confident in providing status updates and contributing thoughtfully to discussions.
- Passion for, and knowledge of video games is a strong preference but not required.
- Familiarity with live action on‑set workflows and production etiquette, with a genuine interest in supporting set operations as needed.
- Experience with producing localized A/V assets is a plus.
