You’ll gain hands‑on experience, real mentorship, and behind‑the‑scenes exposure to how agency campaigns are built, all in a fast‑paced, culture‑driven environment.

To participate in the IW Group Summer Internship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Commit to a 10-week program
• Participate in a paid, part‑time role
• Be available in‑office Tuesdays through Thursdays
• Be a current college student or recent graduate
