• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with order placement and tracking
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any problems
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records and order information
• Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus
• Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a plus
