The Carlyle
, located in Westwood. As the face of The Carlyle, you will curate an exceptional experience for our residents and guests, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 hourly
Schedule: Various days/shifts: 6:00 am–2:30 pm, 12:30 pm–9:00 pm, or 2:30 pm–11:00 pm
Must be able to work weekends.

In representing Action Property Management and the Association, you will deliver exceptional 5‑star customer service and ensure 100% resident satisfaction. You will greet residents, guests, and court or front desk in a welcoming and professional manner. You will familiarize yourself with the parking structure and vehicle locations, valet park vehicles, and perform package check‑in, delivery, and bell service as needed.
Requirements- Over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience
- Willingness to valet as all positions will be cross‑trained in everything
- Valid California Driver's License
- Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates highly desired
- Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- Upbeat and positive team‑player attitude
Strong judgment and solutions‑oriented - Proactive customer service approach
