Service Receptionist - Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood

Responsibilities
  • Master of Appointments – Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates with a touch of knowledge and flair.
  • Guest Experience Guru – Make every service visit a unique and extraordinary experience for our guests. Your friendly and courteous greeting sets the tone!
  • Recall and Reminder Rockstar – Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.
  • Communication Connoisseur – Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.
  • Proactive Planner – Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience.
  • Cash Handling Champion – Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision.
  • Feedback Aficionado – Follow up with guests, request feedback, and discuss surveys within 24 hours. Your attention to detail ensures continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Previous front desk/receptionist experience required; dealership experience preferred.
  • Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle high‑volume incoming calls.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience supporting sales and service departments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and office equipment.
