General Responsibilities

• Must be able to travel domestically to trade shows (requires weekend and holiday travel)
• Process and follow up with show orders
• Handle customer service via email, phone, and social media DM
• Strong communicator, excellent people skills, and positive attitude
• Ability to multi‑task, detail‑oriented and organized

• Handle customer service via email, phone, and social media DM
• Manage operations of e‑commerce platforms (our website, Fashion Go)
• Upload and maintain accurate product listings and inventory
• Manage SNS updates and basic online marketing to help drive sales
• Respond to order‑related inquiries
• Strong English communication skills

• 2–3 years of relevant Graphic Design experience

• PO issue and follow up
• Follow up with Fit comments, QC, TOPs
• Bilingual in English & Korean preferred
• Must be organized and have strong communication skills

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Process and follow up with customer orders
• Contact customers for additional sales inquiries
• Must be fluent in English
