Dealer Manager – Los Angeles, CA (On-site)
This position will be responsible for servicing Westlake Flooring Dealerships. They will be responsible for ensuring that the dealers receive an excellent customer service or help with their questions or concerns. This individual will interact with dealers and other departments within the company to provide information in response to inquiries about accounts or services.
This individual should have the ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult or irate dealers. They need to be able to work independently within specified time constraints.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
- Provide dealers with accurate account information in a fast pace environment.
- Act as the point of contact for the dealer to answer dealer’s questions.
- Identify, research, and resolve dealer’s issues through the database.
- Take payments, make suitable arrangements and offer options.
- Promptly recognize, document, and alert immediate supervisor of any out of the ordinary dealer situations.
- Perform welcome calls for new dealers.
- Request titles to be released to the dealer on behalf of the dealer.
- Follow up on title requests on behalf of the dealer.
- Train dealers to use Westlake systems.
- Be familiar with the FDCPA laws and requirements.
- Collections activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Good communication, listening and problem‑solving skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
- Type a minimum of 25 WPM; spelling and writing skills are necessary.
- Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness.
- 4‑Year College Degree or higher.
- Customer Service and Call Center experience is a plus.
- Dialer or other phone systems.
- Servicing systems.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- QWERTY keyboard skills and 10‑key calculator proficiency.
- $17.87 per hour plus potential bonus of up to $1,200 monthly depending on performance.
- Exact starting compensation to be determined at the time of selection and will depend on factors including geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
