The Niles Foundation is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to support the Halo Food Project, a community initiative focused on food access, outreach, and neighborhood engagement.
Responsibilities- Assist mobile market community members by phone, email, and in person
- Support event registrations and participant follow-up
- Answer questions regarding programs, services, and events
- Assist with volunteer communications and scheduling
- Support mobile market and community outreach activities
- Support mobile market inventory, deliveries and stocking
- Maintain organized records and participant information
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with diverse community members
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Passion for community service preferred
