Gonzalez 4 Transportation LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Ticket Agent/Customer Service representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA! • Assist customers with ticket purchases, reservations, and travel inquiries
• Process transactions accurately using ticketing and point-of-sale systems
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Handle passenger check-in, boarding procedures, and seat assignments
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Communicate schedules, routes, fares, and travel policies to passengers
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and passenger information

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous customer service, ticketing, or transportation experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Los Angeles market
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
