Cure8 in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Success Manager to build lasting relationships with US clients, guide product adoption, and reduce churn. You will lead onboarding, run regular business reviews, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Support and Finance to ensure renewals and growth.
The role requires excellent English communication, hands-on CRM experience, and a customer-first mindset. You will manage data in CRM, monitor CSAT and NPS, and work across time zones to keep clients satisfied.
