Call Center Representative

Dealership: L0373 Keyes Lexus Keyes Service Center of Van Nuys Located at Keyes Lexus Van Nuys Hiring:
Call Center Representative Pay:
Hourly base pay and performance bonuses and weekly/monthly incentive opportunities. We will discuss the hourly rate during the interview, and it depends on experience.

Schedule:

Full-Time | Available shifts: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Be part of a growing Service BDC team supporting 12+ dealerships throughout the Van Nuys, Oxnard, and Downtown Los Angeles markets.
• No cold calling!

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service-related needs.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments across multiple dealership locations.
• Provide customers with accurate information and work toward resolving their needs during the first call.
• Document customer conversations and appointment information in dealership systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service-related requests.

• At least 1 year of previous call center and/or customer service experience required.
• Experience assisting customers through phone, chat and email support with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Enter customer and appointment information while handling calls.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions in a call center environment.
• We prefer bilingual English/Spanish or English/Armenian, but do not require it.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

The California pay range for this position is $18.42-$22.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
