About Warp

Warp is a freight technology company headquartered in Los Angeles. We run our own network of carriers on our own software to move freight for shippers across the country, covering LTL (less than truckload), full truckload, cargo van, and box truck, plus cross docking and consolidation. Our goal is simple: make freight faster, cheaper, and more transparent, with no contracts, no minimums, and the rate we quote matching the invoice you pay.

We also build our own AI operations layer, Orbit, so our team spends less time on manual work and more time helping customers.

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for shippers who use Warp, by phone, email, and chat
• Answer questions about quotes, bookings, pickups, deliveries, and invoices
• Track active shipments and give customers clear, proactive updates, especially on delays
• Partner with the carrier sales and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
• Log every interaction and keep customer records accurate
• Spot recurring problems and flag them to the team so we can fix the root cause

What we're looking for

• Friendly, clear communicator who genuinely likes helping people
• Organized, able to manage many open cases at once without dropping details
• Calm and solution focused when a customer is frustrated
• Comfortable working across phone, email, and chat
• Able to work full time, in person at our Los Angeles office
• Customer service, logistics, or support experience is a plus, but not required

Nice to have

• Experience in freight, logistics, or a high volume support role
• Familiarity with help desk or ticketing tools and basic spreadsheets
