GLOWIE is a fast-growing women's athleisure brand based in Los Angeles. We partner with boutiques, specialty retailers, and national accounts across the United States to develop trend-forward apparel with exceptional quality and service.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience while keeping our operations running smoothly.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vernon, California.

As the Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our boutique and wholesale customers after the sale. You'll help ensure every customer receives exceptional service by managing order inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, resolving issues quickly, and keeping customers informed throughout the order process.

You'll work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Operations to make sure orders are processed accurately and customers receive the level of service GLOWIE is known for.

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer emails and phone calls
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving order questions, shipping inquiries, product issues, and general account needs
• Process wholesale and e-commerce (Faire and Fashion Go) orders accurately within our ERP system (N41)
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Manage returns, exchanges, credits, and customer follow-up
• Proactively communicate order updates and potential delays to customers
• Send product information, line sheets, and marketing materials to customers as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and the overall customer experience
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up when needed

• 2+ years of customer service, customer success, account support, or wholesale apparel experience
• Women's fashion or apparel industry experience strongly preferred
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with the N41 ERP systems is a plus
• Experience processing orders from Faire and Fashion Go
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach

• $55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience
