Parking Attendant

** Overview*
* We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. This is a non-driving position responsible for assisting customers, issuing parking tickets, collecting payments, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced parking environment.

** Pay:  $18.50 an hour*
* The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

** Shift:  WEEKENDS ONLY- TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE*
* ** 1 - Saturday and Sunday*

** Responsibilities*
* + Issue parking tickets to customers upon entry.

+ Collect parking fees and process cash, credit card, and other approved payment methods.

+ Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting patrons in a professional and friendly manner.

+ Answer customer questions regarding parking rates, facility policies, and directions.

+ Monitor parking areas to ensure orderly traffic flow and proper use of parking spaces.

+ Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile payments as required.

+ Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or customer issues to management.

+ Keep the parking facility clean, organized, and presentable.

+ Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

** Qualifications*

+ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

+ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
