• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage, work area, or walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products, take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Provide customer service both over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Assist with training, orientation, and on‑the‑job training.

• Arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used) and give correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements and accurate order entry.
• Ability to work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, and collaborate with coworkers.

Exposure: varying and sometimes adverse weather, in‑store temperatures 36°F–90°F or higher, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, slimy surfaces, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing: vision, hearing, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Physical Demands:

• Stand for most tasks; walk short distances; lift up to 50 lb; carry up to 30 lb; push/pull trays up to 30 lb.
• Climb stairs or ladders when necessary.
• Bend, stoop, squat, and reach repeatedly.
• Use hands continuously for tasks requiring forearm and wrist force, and eye‑hand coordination.
