Client Service Representative

Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Client Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping pet owners, communicating with customers, and creating a welcoming experience for both clients and their pets.

• Welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments
• Assist with pet check-in and check-out procedures
  
  Answer routine questions regarding grooming services and salon procedures
• Communicate customer requests and pet care instructions to grooming staff
• Maintain accurate client and appointment information
• Process customer payments and provide receipts
• Support the front desk and daily salon operations as needed
• Provide a consistently positive experience for clients and their pets

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with dogs and their owners
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be available to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA

• $19–$25 per hour
