Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and event activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, representing a company professionally, and gaining hands-on experience in events, customer service, and promotional activities.
Responsibilities- Help prepare event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
- Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
- Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Maintain organized and welcoming event areas.
- Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
- Support lead generation through customer interactions and outreach.
- Assist with distributing promotional materials and information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
- Provide general support during events and promotional activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
