Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support order processing and customer account activities for a Long-term Contract position in California. This role is well suited to someone early in their career who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with routine office software to keep customer information accurate and up to date. You will help manage incoming orders, answer customer questions, and track fulfillment progress while partnering with team members to maintain dependable service.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer orders accurately and maintain account details within the order fulfillment system.
• Review order activity and follow up on status to help ensure shipments are completed according to committed timelines and forecasted availability.
• Respond to customer questions and service requests in a detail-focused and timely manner.
• Prepare routine reports, internal records, and customer-facing correspondence with clear and accurate information.
• Use word processing and spreadsheet tools to organize documentation and support daily service operations.
• Work closely with supervisors and experienced team members to resolve standard account issues and complete assigned tasks.
• Contribute to team coverage by assisting with shared service activities and maintaining consistent account support.
