As a fast-growing technology startup based in Los Angeles, we’re transforming the legal industry by providing innovative software tools that automate client intake processes for law firms. Our mission is to help law firms streamline how they onboard clients—and we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about supporting customers, ensuring successful adoption, and driving retention.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Lead face-to-face meetings regarding customer accounts and features
- Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to understand client needs
- Become a subject-matter expert on our platform and its functionality
- Train and educate customers on product features
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive long-term adoption
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams
- Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Sales within a SaaS company
