The CENTER for Advanced Periodontal & Implant Therapy is dedicated to providing advanced care in oral health, aesthetics, and functionality. Located in Brentwood, Los Angeles, it is led by the only two board‑certified periodontists in the area, Dr. Alexandre Aalam and Dr. Alina Krivitsky. Using cutting‑edge technology and state‑of‑the‑art treatments, the CENTER ensures safe, comfortable, and effective patient experiences. With expertise as educators at the USC School of Dentistry, Dr.

Aalam and Dr. Krivitsky provide a range of specialized services, including gum grafts, dental implants, aesthetics, and IV sedation dentistry. The multi‑lingual team caters to a diverse clientele, offering services in English, Russian, Farsi, and French.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Los Angeles, CA, for a Dental Patient Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing patient communication and inquiries, scheduling appointments, handling front‑desk operations, and assisting with patient check‑ins and check‑outs. The Dental Patient Coordinator will utilize their knowledge of medical terminology to ensure smooth communication between patients and the clinical team while maintaining a welcoming office environment for all.

Qualifications
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage patient calls effectively
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and managing patient calendars
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and record management
  • Familiarity with medical or dental terminology for accurate communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Empathy and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
  • Previous experience in dental or healthcare settings is preferred
