Registered Dental Assistant (Temp-to-Perm)

Locations: (Must be comfortable working between 3 sites- all within short distance to each other)

Position Overview:

We are seeking Registered Dental Assistants (RDA) for a 13‑week temp-to-perm assignment with the opportunity for permanent hire. This role welcomes new graduates, and there is a strong preference for bilingual candidates. Candidates must be comfortable rotating between the listed clinic locations.

Position Details:

• Role: Registered Dental Assistant
• Openings: 2–3
• Shift: 5 shifts/week
• Days: Monday–Friday
• Potential OT: Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm
• Hours: 40 hours/week (8:00am–5:00pm)
• Start Date: March 16, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Charting System: None
• Interviews: 1–2 on‑site interviews required

Requirements:

• Must hold a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable working at multiple clinic locations (Los Angeles & Inglewood)

Compensation:

• Position: Registered Dental Assistant (Local)
• Hourly Pay: $27/hour
