We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist / Business Partner for a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include providing patient consultations, conducting comprehensive dental procedures such as exams, fillings, root canals, and crowns, supervising dental hygienists, and maintaining meticulous patient records. The role also involves collaborating on operational decisions, ensuring adherence to professional standards, and upholding a high level of patient care and satisfaction.

• Proficiency in performing dental procedures such as cosmetic dentistry, root canals, extractions, orthodontics, and dental implants
• Strong patient care and communication skills to ensure a positive and safe dental experience
• Experience in managing dental operations and making collaborative business decisions
• Valid DDS or DMD degree with an active dental license in California
• Familiarity with state‑of‑the‑art dental technology and techniques
• Commitment to following professional ethical standards and continuous learning in the field
