Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Dental Receptionist for an established healthcare client. This role is onsite and located in Los Angeles, CA. This is a part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
POSITION OVERVIEWThis position serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced dental practice. The role is ideal for someone who excels in balancing patient interaction with essential front office workflows. This part-time position offers a pathway to permanent employment based on performance and practice needs.

- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
- Process payments, collect co-pays, and manage patient check-in/out
- Experience in a dental front office setting
- Understanding of dental insurance plans and billing workflows
Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar) - Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
