Job DescriptionHKLA is seeking a highly motivated, career‑oriented Senior Landscape Designer with strong technical expertise and problem‑solving skills. This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate design ideas, lead documentation efforts, and coordinate across disciplines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project design development, construction documentation, and consultant coordination, working closely with project goals established at the outset. This position serves as a critical bridge between design vision and technical execution, with the ability to translate strong concepts into well‑crafted, buildable landscapes.
Job Requirements- 4–8 years of professional experience at an established design firm
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited university (minimum)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, and Lumion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for project coordination and management
- Strong conceptual, design, and graphic abilities
- Proficiency in both digital and hand graphics
- Self‑motivated with a strong desire for professional growth
- Professional, collaborative, and proactive attitude
- Experience with Land F/X and Revit is a plus
