We are seeking an Architect/Architectural Designer with a strong background in residential design.

• A talented and energetic designer with experience in contemporary residential design.
• 8-12 years of relevant professional experience and management across all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration. Strong knowledge of residential design and detailing for interiors and exteriors.
• Design Talent:
  Confidence to take the design initiative, propose groundbreaking solutions, and deliver creative, industry-leading work.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Revit required. Fluency in 3D software and Adobe Suite required. Please detail your experience with these tools.
• Professionalism:
  Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
• Problem-Solving Ability:
  Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge:
  Familiarity with building codes, zoning, and jurisdictional processes is required.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
• Dedication to Growth:
  Enthusiasm for learning, improving, and pushing boundaries.

• Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.
• Create conceptual, presentation, and technical drawings for all project phases.
• Interface with project teams, including consultants and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Deliver high-quality design and documentation aligned with client expectations and project goals.
